Transformative Care Model Accelerator Partners
HCAI's current CalRHT funding page still labels Accelerator Partners "Now Open," while the controlling RFA states that Budget Period 1 applications were due August 14 at 3:00 PM PT and that late applications will not be considered for Budget Period 1 but may be eligible for Budget Period 2. The program can support regional care collaboratives, hub-and-spoke models, telehealth, interoperability and rural workforce capacity, with a $39.01 million Budget Period 1 planning amount and an $8 million award ceiling. Atlas is therefore treating this as confirmation-required pipeline intelligence until HCAI publishes a current Budget Period 2 deadline.
