Qualifying rural California hospitals including Critical Access Hospitals, FQHCs and Look-Alikes, Rural Health Clinics, Tribal clinics and Native American health centers, other comprehensive community health clinics, health care districts, skilled nursing or long-term care facilities, and county-operated health or behavioral health facilities.
