The application package includes the signed RFA cover page, an Attachment A Letter of Interest of no more than four pages addressing the agency, staff applicants, qualifications and sustainability criteria, and the required personnel budget. Selected applicants must provide the County’s Substitute W-9 and Responsibility Detail & Attestation form plus required insurance documentation.
