Critical Technology Infrastructure & Maintenance Needs
WSHA is actively administering Washington's rural-hospital infrastructure fund. The approved state plan allocates approximately $32–42 million per year for AI, cybersecurity, revenue-cycle technology, data and population-health platforms, telehealth and remote patient monitoring, plus critical maintenance. WSHA confirms application materials and an RHTP submission portal are live for hospitals, but the detailed materials are member-only, so Atlas is tracking this as qualified-access intelligence rather than creating an incomplete public RFA record.

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics
HCA is preparing Rural Health Transformation funding for eligible Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics. The agency says CCBHC funding opportunities will continue through 2031, and its August 10 Tribal notice confirms Activity 6.2 is moving toward eligible-provider funding. Atlas has not yet verified a public applicant RFA for this activity, so it is tracked as pipeline intelligence rather than an open grant.
