The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is accepting applications for FY2027 Reproductive Health and Family Planning program grants supporting a statewide network of clinics providing client-centered family planning services, counseling, information, and appropriate referrals. This is an applicant financial-assistance solicitation, not an ordinary vendor contract.
Available funding: The state estimates $1,500,000 in combined funding for approximately 30 initial grant agreements. An individual applicant award maximum or guaranteed per-applicant amount is not published in the public notice; do not treat the total pool as a single award.
Deadline: November 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time, as specified by the Wisconsin DHS announcement. The initial grant period is expected to run April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028, with possible additional annual renewal periods subject to performance and funding.
Eligibility: The organization must operate within Wisconsin and provide services there, be enrolled or have submitted an application for Wisconsin Medicaid Family Planning Clinic provider type 71, be able to fulfill Title X Family Planning Services scope of work, have or obtain a federal Unique Entity ID, and satisfy nondiscrimination and eligibility requirements.
Eligible activities: Qualifying family planning counseling, health information, provision of services within the defined program scope, and referral arrangements for clinical care. Complete allowable costs, matching obligations, application attachments, and contractual restrictions must be confirmed in the controlling posted application package.
Application: See the official Wisconsin DHS solicitation and its linked state public notice for submission instructions. The Department directs questions to its RHFP program contact; the posted questions deadline was October 23, 2026. Review any subsequent FAQs and amendments.
Document review: Official Wisconsin DHS grant announcement reviewed October 29, 2026. The linked controlling public-notice application package and full forms could not be independently examined, so all detailed application requirements remain subject to that solicitation.
