Washington OSPI 2026-27 School Improvement (SI) Grant — Form Package 910
The Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is administering 2026-27 School Improvement Grant funding through EGMS for eligible local education agencies supporting schools identified for improvement under the Washington School Improvement Framework. OSPI’s current School Improvement Resources page provides the eligibility and fiscal guidance, application guide, pre-application preview, application preview, checklist, allowable and prohibited expenditures, and EGMS support materials.
Eligibility and purpose
Funding is for eligible Washington LEAs, including eligible districts and ESDs identified through OSPI’s School Improvement eligibility process, to support goals and activities in identified schools’ 2026-27 School Improvement Plans. Applicant eligibility must be confirmed against OSPI’s current eligibility and allocation materials before package work or outreach.
Funding
OSPI publishes School Improvement Grant allocations for eligible LEAs. The current public resource page reviewed by Atlas does not state a single statewide per-applicant maximum, so Atlas does not infer one.
Application deadlines
Pre-Application/SAS is due October 23, 2026.
The initial grant application is due October 31, 2026. The current OSPI materials reviewed by Atlas do not publish a submission clock time or time zone, so Atlas does not infer either.
Application process
School Improvement Grant applications are administered through EGMS. Eligible applicants should use OSPI’s current School Improvement Grants Application Guide, Grant Pre-Application Preview, Grant Application Preview, Application Checklist, and Allowable and Prohibited Expenditures guidance, and should preserve the required alignment between proposed spending and the identified school’s School Improvement Plan.
Atlas assessment
Atlas Opportunity Score: 90/100. This is a current statewide K-12 funding opportunity with an active 2026-27 application cycle and a defined eligible-applicant population. It is strongly relevant to Washington school and education grant intelligence.
N9+ Fit Score: 0/100. OSPI’s School Improvement Grant is education-improvement funding. The public materials reviewed do not establish N9+ procurement or healthcare-technology allowability. Do not introduce or position N9+ in initial applicant outreach.
QC Healthcare fit: 0/100 on current evidence. The applicant pathway is for eligible Washington education entities, not QC Healthcare as a direct applicant.
Dr. Miltie direct-vendor fit: 0/100 on current evidence. This is an applicant grant program, not a direct state vendor solicitation. Any later vendor role would have to be applicant-selected, allowable under the controlling grant terms, and procurement-compliant.
