Eligible applicants include Connecticut public schools (K-12), Regional Education Services Centers (RESCs), governing authorities for state charter schools, state technical high schools, incorporated endowed high schools or academies, and nonpublic and private schools. The 2026-27 program focuses on mathematics in Grades 6-10 and prioritizes students below proficiency, high-need students, students experiencing homelessness and chronically absent students.
