The solicitation requires at least one year directly overseeing and managing non-emergency medical transportation or qualifying comparable transportation experience, demonstrated leadership, Medicaid NEMT or comparable transportation knowledge, project-management experience, and at least three recent references for similar services. Applicants and relevant personnel must maintain required permits, licenses and certifications. Contractors must be registered to do business in Texas, enrolled with the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership claims administrator, and remain in good financial standing.
