Broad Eligibility

Pennsylvania DHS has publicly listed multiple future RHTP opportunity types but has not yet published the exact applicant eligibility for each forthcoming round. Prior rounds have included hospitals, healthcare providers, rural health facilities, FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes, but Atlas does not assume those rules will apply unchanged to future solicitations.
