Atlas analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 67/100. This is a verified open Oregon education-technology opportunity with clear eligibility, allowable software/hardware costs, and a straightforward first-come, first-served award process, but its very small total funding pool and narrow AI-tutoring purpose limit scale. N9+ Direct Vendor Fit: 0/100. The official scope is AI tutoring rather than school health, telehealth, remote physical examination, or clinical technology, so Atlas does not recommend a Dr. Miltie N9+ capture pursuit from the verified requirements.
