Oregon’s Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) is accepting applications for RFA 26-021, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Classroom Integration Grant. Funds may support AI tutoring software licenses, hardware such as tablets or laptops, and software training. The selected software must be student-facing, provide personalized Socratic tutoring, support 24/7 access, meet FERPA/COPPA/CIPA privacy requirements as applicable, support equitable student access, provide parental access for K-12 students, and include professional development for educators.

Applications are due September 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT. HECC requires the official Application Form and Certification Form and directs applicants to submit by email to the single point of contact with HECC Procurement copied. Requests for clarification are due September 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.
