Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score 93/100. N9+ Direct Vendor Fit 52/100. The opportunity provides substantial expansion funding for a defined charter-school universe, but the verified public materials do not establish clinical telehealth hardware as a core required use. N9+ should be evaluated only where an eligible expansion includes allowable school-health, nursing, accessibility, student-support, or technology infrastructure.
