Meta’s Future is for Everyone Fund is open for the 2026 cycle and includes two Indiana data-center communities: Boone County through the Lebanon Data Center and Clark County through the Jeffersonville Data Center. The Fund supports projects in four themes: Community Enhancement, Economic Vitality, Education, and Sustainability.
Applications opened September 14, 2026 and close October 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. local time. ChangeX’s Indiana fund page identifies the closing time zone as EDT, and the controlling program terms define the cycle as ending at 11:59:59 p.m. local time on October 19. Applications are submitted through the ChangeX portal for the Meta data center nearest the applicant.
Eligible applicants generally include registered 501(c)(3) organizations, public charities, public schools, government entities, U.S. towns and municipalities, and other organizations created for charitable purposes and legally registered with the IRS. 501(c)(4) organizations and individuals are not eligible. Projects must benefit residents of the applicable Indiana county. Government entities are encouraged to apply through an associated foundation or nonprofit when one exists.
Meta does not publish a fixed minimum or maximum request amount. Applicants should request a realistic amount that fits the project scope and can be put to work within about one year. The organization may submit only one application in the grant cycle, except schools may submit multiple grants within a school system.
Allowable uses include direct project setup or maintenance costs, salaries for staff working directly on the project, and infrastructure projects when the project is centered on one of the Fund themes. Funds must be used within one year of award and must support measurable outcomes that can be publicly reported. The program does not allow retroactive costs, unrestricted funding or budget buffers, cash disbursements or stipends to beneficiaries, sub-grants to for-profit organizations, political activity, or projects operated exclusively for religious purposes or proselytizing.
Healthcare relevance is conditional rather than general. The Community Enhancement theme expressly includes first responders such as police officers, firefighters and paramedics, and also references technology and access that help keep communities connected. This creates a defensible pathway for an applicant-led EMS, paramedic, public-safety technology, or community-access project when the need is documented and the budget is permitted by the live application. The public materials do not expressly pre-approve N9+, telehealth, medical-device, vendor, subcontractor, or procurement costs.
Atlas Opportunity Score: 91/100. N9+ Fit: 58/100 conditional. QC Healthcare Fit: 52/100 conditional. Any N9+ or QC Healthcare role must be applicant-led, directly tied to an eligible project, fully defensible under the project budget and procurement rules, and verified in the live portal before package production. Ordinary INITIAL OUTREACH must not introduce or sell N9+.
Before ORIGINAL outreach, identify a specific eligible Boone County or Clark County organization with a legitimate current project, verify the correct ChangeX portal, applicant authority, project-specific cost eligibility, business Contact, Email_Opt_Out status, permanent-bounce history, Account/Contact/Deal/Atlas_Email_Queue deduplication, and authoritative prior send history. This Indiana lane owns only the ORIGINAL outreach. After authoritative transmission, all engagement-lifecycle fields are read-only to this lane.
