Broad Eligibility

Eligible legal applicants are 501(c)(3) community-based organizations and eligible Tribal entities, including federally recognized Tribes, Indian Health Clinics/Indian Health Programs, and Urban Indian Organizations. Applicants must satisfy applicable legal-status, registration, authorization, good-standing, and public-funds eligibility requirements. Public agencies, for-profit entities, and individuals are not eligible legal applicants unless an organization independently qualifies in an eligible category.
