Required next actionApplications open October 2, 2026. Reverify the live application, exact deadline clock time/time zone, match or cost-share terms, required attachments, submission mechanics, and any updated restrictions on October 2 before ORIGINAL outreach. Prioritize eligible Southwest Idaho organizations with health, mental-health, healthcare-access, facility, or equipment projects. Before any ORIGINAL outreach, complete Account/Contact/Deal/Atlas_Email_Queue and authoritative send-history deduplication, verify the named business recipient, Email_Opt_Out=false, and no authoritative permanent hard bounce. Do not mention N9+ in ordinary initial outreach.

Atlas Analysis

Atlas Opportunity Score 92/100. Strong Idaho health and community-fit opportunity with an explicit Health interest area covering physical and mental health, community wellness, survivor support, access to healthcare resources, facilities, and equipment. N9+ Fit Score 82/100 CONDITIONAL because equipment and healthcare-access projects are explicitly within scope, but no specific telehealth/device procurement pathway or project-level allowability is established until the live application is reviewed. QC Healthcare Fit Score 70/100 conditional as a potential project/vendor partner for an eligible applicant. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare are not verified as direct eligible applicants. No general mandatory match is stated on the current official grant-seeker page. General overhead, endowments, capital campaigns, scholarships/stipends, lobbying/partisan work, and programs requiring religious participation are excluded.
