Opportunity Overview
The Community Foundation for Cloud County is accepting applications for its 2026–2027 Community Impact Grants. The program supports charitable needs in Cloud County, including healthcare, public health, medical education, education, community development, youth activities, food security, and other community priorities.
Application Cycle and Deadline
The Foundation states that the program is open from July 1 through June 1 with 12 grant cycles per fiscal year. Applications are due on the 1st of every month. As of September 21, 2026, the next published monthly deadline is October 1, 2026. The current official materials do not publish an exact closing time or time zone, so Atlas does not infer either.
Eligible Applicants
Grants are limited to the Cloud County area. Eligible applicant classes listed by the Foundation are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, educational organizations, governmental entities, and religious organizations.
Supported Uses
The Community Impact program is supported by several Foundation funds with different purposes. Current published priorities include the protection and promotion of community health and wellbeing; healthcare; medical education; education; community social services; economic and community development; youth activities; food insecurity and hunger relief; conservation and environment; and other charitable needs in Cloud County.
Healthcare and Equipment Precedent
The Foundation’s recent awards demonstrate legitimate health and healthcare pathways. Recent awards include a $20,000 rural health-sciences cadaver lab expansion for the Cloud County Community College Foundation and an AED purchase for a Cloud County school program. These historical awards support a defensible equipment and health-education pathway, but they do not guarantee eligibility for any particular device or future project.
Funding Amount and Match
The current Community Impact grant page does not publish a universal minimum request, maximum award, total pool, or required match for all monthly cycles. Atlas therefore does not invent those values; applicants should confirm fund-specific limits in the live application portal and with the Foundation.
Restrictions
The Foundation states that incomplete or late applications, political projects, discriminatory organizations or projects, operating deficits, and retirement of debt are not considered.
Submission
Applications are submitted through the Foundation’s online grant portal linked from the official Community Impact Grants page.
Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 68/100. N9+ Fit Score: 30/100 conditional. QC Healthcare Fit: 25/100 conditional. The program has a legitimate healthcare, public-health, medical-education, and equipment pathway, but the controlling materials do not specifically prioritize telehealth, remote physical examination, connected diagnostics, or N9+. Any N9+ or QC Healthcare inclusion must be applicant-led, clearly tied to a Cloud County health or medical-education need, allowable under the selected Foundation fund, and supported by a defensible project design and budget. N9+ must not be introduced in ordinary initial outreach.
Direct Vendor Review
Dr. Miltie and QC Healthcare are not identified as eligible direct applicants under the published applicant classes. No direct vendor opportunity is established by the current solicitation.
