Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score 84/100. N9+ Direct Vendor Fit 0/100. This is a targeted youth leadership, mentoring and service-project grant with up to $750,000 statewide and a fixed $5,950 per-Fellow allocation. NYSED extended the application deadline to September 8, 2026 on August 27, correcting stale third-party listings that still show August 31. The program creates meaningful applicant value for eligible school districts but does not establish a defensible connected physical-exam, telehealth, clinical-equipment or QC Healthcare vendor pathway.
