Washington Commerce OCVA 2026 Tribal Initiative – STOP Program
The Washington State Department of Commerce Office of Crime Victims Advocacy (OCVA) is accepting proposals under the 2026 Tribal Initiative of the STOP Program. The opportunity supports Tribal law enforcement, prosecution, and victim services that develop and strengthen coordinated responses to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and victim-service needs.

Proposals are due October 21, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Commerce’s public opportunity page states the noon deadline but does not explicitly identify the proposal-deadline time zone. Important dates and source discrepancy
Applications opened September 16, 2026. The question-and-answer period runs through October 9, 2026. Commerce’s same public page currently contains an internal discrepancy for the September 29 Tribal bidder’s conference: the Important Dates section says 10:00 a.m. PT, while the conference-detail section says 11:00 a.m. PT. Commerce states that it is bound by its written responses, so applicants should verify the current written RFP/Q&A materials before attending or relying on the conference time.
