The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is accepting proposals on an ongoing basis for Professional Services: Project Management and Meeting Facilitation. The RFP was initially released November 10, 2025, and proposals are currently due on an ongoing basis.
What NACHC is buying
NACHC expects to establish one or more vendor agreements for as-needed project management, meeting facilitation, and Health Center Program-related technical-assistance work. Assignments may be issued as separate task orders or projects, each with its own scope, schedule, and negotiated budget.
Compensation
NACHC states that total compensation is anticipated to exceed $10,000, but the RFP does not establish a ceiling. Final compensation will depend on negotiated task orders or project assignments.
Qualifications
Vendors should have knowledge of the Health Center Program or other federally funded public-health programs and/or direct experience with FQHCs or FQHC Look-Alikes. Work may involve Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, National Training and Technical Assistance Partners, and other health-center stakeholders.
Submission requirements
Applications are submitted through NACHC’s web portal. Required items include point-of-contact information, an organization description, work samples, a capability statement, resumes, daily or hourly rates with justification, and a signed attestation. Work samples may include a completed project plan or timeline, agenda, facilitation notes, or a summary report. NACHC also requires past client evaluations, reference letters, and/or testimonials from successful engagements occurring within one year of the application date.
Atlas analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 58/100. This is a legitimate open national health-center vendor opportunity with no fixed proposal deadline and no stated match requirement. Dr. Miltie appears structurally able to apply, but direct pursuit should wait until current documentation confirms recent qualifying project-management or facilitation work and the required client evidence. N9+ Fit: 1/100. This is professional services rather than a clinical technology procurement.
Required next action
Before applying, verify genuine recent work samples and client evaluations, reference letters, or testimonials that satisfy the RFP. Do not use unrelated procurement folders as evidence of completed work.
