St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary is accepting applications for its 2027 Community Grant from nonprofit organizations with a health mission serving Cascade, Council, Donnelly, McCall, New Meadows, or Riggins. Applications opened September 1, 2026 and are due September 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM MST.
Funding and eligibility
Applicants must be nonprofit organizations with a health mission in the stated service area and must provide proof of current 501(c)(3) status. Requests may range from $500 to $25,000.
Budget and use of funds
The application does not state a required minimum match. Its budget form asks applicants to identify the amount requested from the Auxiliary, matching or in-kind funds, and total project cost. The published exclusion list includes salaries, rental fees, instructor and guest speaker fees, surveys, non-medical specific equipment such as sports or athletic equipment, marketing and advertising, recreation-focused programs, construction supplies, tuition and scholarships, training and travel, and general office expenses.
Because the exclusion list specifically identifies non-medical specific equipment rather than medical-specific equipment, a medical-equipment project may present a plausible pathway. Applicants should confirm the allowability of the specific proposed medical equipment with the Auxiliary before relying on that interpretation.
Submission
The completed application is submitted electronically to Kirsten Azoulay at azoulayk@slhs.org. The Auxiliary expects to review applications in November 2026 and announce awards in January 2027. The application also requires interim and final reporting for funded projects.
Atlas assessment
Atlas Opportunity Score: 91/100. N9+ Fit Score: 86/100, conditional. The program is specifically health-focused, the maximum request is sufficient for a focused medical-equipment project, and the exclusion list does not categorically bar medical-specific equipment. A legitimate role for the Nonagon N9+ device and platform would require an eligible local nonprofit health applicant, a documented health-service use case, and confirmation that the proposed medical-equipment cost is allowable under the Auxiliary’s review.
Atlas status: Active.
