North Carolina Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (AP3) — RFA A426

North Carolina DPH is offering up to 10 grants for evidence-informed adolescent pregnancy prevention programs delivered by eligible nonprofit schools, local health departments and community organizations. $1.35 million is projected for the first award year. Broad Eligibility

Public or private nonprofit entities, including schools, local health departments and nonprofit community-based organizations, may apply if they have a SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier and at least five years of experience delivering youth programs in North Carolina. Applications are invited statewide, with scoring priority for 25 counties with the highest five-year adolescent fertility rates. For-profit entities are not eligible.
