Idaho RHTP Chronic Disease Prevention and Cancer Screening

Idaho DHW is seeking one or two lead organizations to run statewide chronic-disease prevention, management and cancer-screening initiatives for rural communities. Up to $2 million is available, with awards of $1 million-$2 million and applications due September 8, 2026.
