Vitalyst Health Foundation is accepting prospects for its 2026 fall Spark Grant cycle in Arizona. Spark Grants are one-year planning grants for collaboratives that are ready to identify solutions, steps and costs for a proposed systems-change effort that improves community health and addresses health disparities.
