Stillwater Public Education Foundation Fall 2026 Teacher Grants
The Stillwater Public Education Foundation is accepting Fall 2026 teacher grant applications for projects benefiting Stillwater Public Schools students. The current official application page states that the Fall 2026 cycle opens September 1, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026, with applications submitted before 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date. The official page does not publish a time zone.
Funding
Small grants are available up to $750. Large grants range from $751 to $4,000.
Eligibility and submission
Applications are accepted from Stillwater Public Schools employees. An outside individual or group may participate only through a collaborative project benefiting district students that is co-authored and submitted by an SPS teacher, principal, or administrator. Applications are submitted through Google Forms and require an SPS district login.
Approvals and match requirements
Site principal review and approval is required before submission. Technology that requires SPS IT support or compatibility with district systems requires district technology approval. Subscriptions and professional or staff development requests require district or school site matching funds plus the applicable approval. The Foundation does not state a universal match requirement for ordinary teacher grants.
Funding considerations
The Foundation’s currently linked guidance says it is likely to fund innovative projects, materials, equipment, instructional technology, creative learning ideas, collaboration, professional development with matching funds and approval, subscriptions with matching funds and approval, and technology with district IT approval. It says large scale equipment and furnishings, standard office equipment, financial compensation, student field trips, outside-only requests, and general operating requests are unlikely to be funded.
Application requirements
The current Grant Format and Tips document calls for applicant identity and school-site information, project title, affected grade or content areas, students benefiting, request amount, and a project description. Large grants require a project summary and a proposal addressing need, innovation, population served, timeline, methods, outcomes, future plans, and a detailed budget. The budget must be provided in spreadsheet or Word document format.
Source note: the Foundation’s current 2026-2027 Facts & Forms page links a Teacher Grant Funding Guidelines PDF whose cycle-date header still shows the prior 2025-2026 dates. Atlas uses the current 2026-2027 Application Process webpage for the operative Fall 2026 dates while treating the linked PDF as the Foundation’s currently posted substantive guidance.
