Eligible applicants include Ohio local public agencies, local public health departments, and nonprofit agencies or organizations with the capacity to accept electronic funds transfer. Nonprofit applicants must submit a statement of support from the local health department. Funded work must serve one or more of the 73 designated non-urban counties.
