Broad Eligibility
Eligible applicants are New Jersey tax-exempt nonprofit organizations considered at greatest risk of a terrorism-related attack. Applicants must provide the required vulnerability risk assessment and tax-exempt documentation. Healthcare nonprofits, community organizations and nonprofit educational institutions may pursue the program when they meet the controlling nonprofit and risk requirements; the grant is not healthcare-specific.
