Funding opportunity

The Foundation for Healthy Communities (FHC), administering New Hampshire GO-NORTH Rural Health Transformation Program funds, is offering competitive grant subawards for Critical Access Hospitals, acute care hospitals, qualifying specialty hospitals, and eligible partner organizations addressing rural New Hampshire hospital care.
