Atlas Assessment

Atlas Opportunity Score: 88/100. N9+ Fit: 42/100 conditional. This is a strong applicant-led behavioral health and community-services opportunity. The Nonagon N9+ should be included only where an eligible organization’s project legitimately integrates physical-health access with behavioral health or substance use treatment through remote physical examination, guided examinations, vitals, or telehealth-enabled clinical encounters. It should not be forced into early education, child care, or food-security projects. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not an eligible direct applicant under the published 501(c)(3)/fiscal-sponsor rules.
