Eligibility
Applicants must be teachers within School District 145 in Nebraska. The program is intended to benefit School District 145 public school students.
Review and Cost Restrictions
The Foundation considers the number of students positively affected, available matching funds or other funding sources, whether the request is unique, creative, or innovative, and application completeness. No mandatory match percentage or dollar amount is stated. Requests for basic curriculum materials, professional development, building maintenance, or replacement of broken furniture are not eligible for funding.
Application Requirements
The application is completed through the Foundation’s online form. Required application content includes the proposed request, classroom need or opportunity, objectives and desired outcomes, affected student population, evaluation plan, total budget request, a specific budget outline, other contributions, and supporting documentation when applicable. A completed signature page is mandatory and may be uploaded with the application or sent to the Foundation at grants@dist145ffe.org.
Atlas Assessment
Atlas Opportunity Score: 70/100. N9+ Fit Score: 0/100. This is a legitimate Nebraska school funding opportunity, but the published program does not establish a healthcare, remote clinical, diagnostic, or N9+ use case. Eligibility is limited to School District 145 teachers, so Dr. Miltie does not have a direct applicant path.
