Verified Current RFP Facts
The current FY 2027 RFP, dated September 21, 2026, confirms an estimated $450,000 available, approximately 4 to 5 awards, a published award range of $100,000 to $250,000, and no match requirement. Estimated grant agreements begin February 1, 2027 and end January 31, 2029.
Eligible applicants include accredited colleges, universities, other post-secondary training institutions, and other Minnesota-based entities that offer continuing education in the mental health field in Minnesota. Training may be offered in Minnesota or remotely to professionals who reside and practice in Minnesota. Curricula must be board-approved coursework meeting or exceeding the applicable Minnesota licensing-board requirements for supervisor status.
Applicants must propose a comprehensive training and support program allowing trainees to earn all course credits or continuing education units required for board-recognized supervisor status. Training must be free to eligible trainees and may be online, in person, or hybrid. The RFP encourages trainee stipends of up to $2,000 per trainee for participants who satisfactorily complete coursework. Competitive priorities include collaboration with Tribal, county, public-health, and nonprofit clinical providers serving communities of color and underrepresented communities, curricula meeting more than one licensing board’s standards, experienced trainers, and statewide access.

Remaining Verification Gate
The current RFP was retrievable sufficiently to verify the funding, no-match requirement, project dates, eligibility, training structure, priorities, and selected trainee-support provisions. However, the authoritative PDF endpoint became intermittently inaccessible during deeper retrieval, preventing complete inspection of the remaining detailed cost rules, required-attachment section, scoring criteria, and any additional submission restrictions in this run. Keep this record in draft and do not begin applicant-specific CRM production, package production, publication, or ORIGINAL outreach until those remaining controlling sections are fully verified.
N9+ fit and QC Healthcare direct-vendor fit are not established by the verified program terms and must not be forced.
