Atlas assessment: Atlas Opportunity Score 66/100. N9+ Fit Score 0/100. This is a valid Michigan early childhood education opportunity, but its required project focus is arts and play environments. The current program does not establish a legitimate role for the Nonagon N9+ device and platform or QC Healthcare, so Atlas does not force that fit. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not an eligible direct applicant under the published applicant requirements.
