Required next actionMaintain Verification Hold for ORIGINAL outreach until the controlling deadline time zone is authoritatively verified. Continue non-lifecycle qualification only. Before any applicant-specific CRM work or ORIGINAL outreach, verify the organization is an eligible applicant, the proposed project directly addresses a 2026 MISGP priority, recipient/contact and email are verified, Email_Opt_Out is not true, no authoritative permanent hard bounce exists, and global Contact/Deal/Atlas_Email_Queue/send-history deduplication is complete. Do not infer the deadline time zone.
Broad Eligibility
Eligible applicants are local, state, federal, or tribal units of government; nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations; and universities. State agencies are instructed to contact the MISGP manager before preparing an application. Projects must be conducted on Michigan land or water. Partners receiving grant funds must themselves be eligible applicants; ineligible collaborators are treated as contractors and are subject to State of Michigan procurement requirements.
Atlas Analysis
Verified current Michigan-administered state grant. The 2026 MISGP supports prevention, early detection and response, limiting spread, management and control of terrestrial and aquatic invasive species, with proposals scored on program relevance, project quality, costs and other published criteria. Allowable costs include direct personnel, supplies/materials, contractual services, limited equipment and other defined project costs; purchased equipment generally may not exceed $5,000 per item, with specified exceptions, and indirect costs may not exceed 10% of the total grant. The program is reimbursement-based, permits justified advances up to 50%, requires State of Michigan procurement controls for contractors/vendors, and uses MiGrants. Atlas Opportunity Score remains 0 pending applicant-specific qualification and resolution of the unpublished deadline time zone. N9+ Fit: 0/100 on the verified program scope. QC Healthcare Fit: 0/100. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not an eligible prime applicant because for-profit entities are not listed as eligible applicants; any contractor role would be subject to the program's procurement requirements.
