Maryland 2027 Opioid Restitution Fund Grant Program

Maryland's Office of Overdose Response is accepting 2027 Opioid Restitution Fund applications for evidence-based opioid remediation, overdose prevention, treatment, recovery and family-support projects. Broad Eligibility

Eligible nonprofit organizations may apply if they provide non-billable community-based services; nonprofits providing billable services are eligible only when the proposed project serves disproportionately impacted populations as defined in the NOFA. Local governments may apply if they do not receive their own opioid settlement funds. Proposed uses must comply with Maryland's Opioid Restitution Fund requirements, national settlement agreements and state law.
