Open until November 1, 2026. The TEEEM Foundation Community Impact Grant Program supports nonprofit and charitable organizations around the world that deliver sustainable, community-driven solutions addressing health and essential needs, education, food security, youth development, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community infrastructure. The controlling 2026 Community Impact Grant Application and the official foundation page establish the same August 17–November 1, 2026 application window. No exact November 1 submission closing hour or time zone is published.
Funding available to an individual organization: three typical, nonbinding award ranges are described: Community Grants of $5,000–$10,000 for small local initiatives; Growth Grants of $10,000–$20,000 to expand programs; and Transformational Grants of $20,000–$30,000 for larger sustainable community initiatives. The controlling application explicitly says requests outside the typical ranges may be considered and funding may be partial. Therefore $30,000 is not a binding published applicant maximum, and an overall funding pool is not published. No universal mandatory cost-share percentage or reimbursement-only rule is established in the reviewed application.
Eligibility: nonprofit and registered charitable organizations including U.S. 501(c)(3)s, international nongovernmental organizations and equivalent locally registered charities. Applicants must identify their countries of operation, nonprofit registration or tax ID, mission, leadership and governance, financial stewardship and ability to deliver and evaluate the proposed project. Applicants indicate whether they have a U.S. bank account capable of receiving funds; if not, the application asks them to explain how funds could be received and administered. A U.S. bank account is not expressly made a universal eligibility requirement. Applicants should verify any country-specific eligibility, transfer arrangements and compliance conditions with TEEEM before final submission.
Funding priorities: community-led educational opportunity and youth leadership; medical care, food security and essential needs; inclusion, female empowerment and gender equity; economic opportunity and entrepreneurship; infrastructure and sustainable social impact. Strong projects demonstrate community participation, measurable results, financial accountability, risk management and continuation after the grant. The funder does not publish a comprehensive universal prohibited-expense list, so proposed budget categories must be justified in detail and confirmed as allowable when awarded.
Application materials: complete the foundation’s application form, including organization and contact information, 250–500-word executive summary, background, leadership, capacity, community need, program objectives, timeline, measurable outputs and long-term outcomes, sustainability, risks, project budget and other funding sources. Required attachments include the most recent financial statements, IRS determination letter or equivalent nonprofit-registration document, board list, current organizational budget, and detailed project budget. An annual report is requested if available; strategic plans, letters of support and photos or other materials are optional. The authorized applicant signs a certification of accuracy and intended use of funds.
Submission: combine the completed application and supporting materials into one PDF whenever possible and email it to michelle@teeem.org, addressed to Michelle Della Fortuna, VP of Finance & Strategy, by November 1, 2026. Do not treat submission as an award. The foundation anticipates completing application review November 13 and announcing awards November 20, 2026. Awardees are expected to submit mid-year impact and finance reporting February 28, 2027 and final reporting June 30, 2027, as well as project updates and permitted impact photographs or testimonials.
