Indiana OCRA CDBG 2026 Round 2 Main Street Revitalization Program

Indiana OCRA is accepting 2026 Round 2 CDBG Main Street Revitalization proposals from eligible non-entitlement local governments with qualifying Indiana Main Street organizations. Awards are up to $500,000 for projects under $2 million and up to $600,000 for projects over $2 million, with a 20% local match. Proposals are due October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET; full applications are due December 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

FundingUp to $500,000 for MSRP projects with total project cost under $2 million and up to $600,000 for projects over $2 million. A local match equal to 20% of total project cost is required. CDBG funding is also limited to $5,000 per project beneficiary.

Broad Eligibility

Direct applicants are Indiana counties, cities, or incorporated towns outside CDBG entitlement communities; unincorporated areas must apply through the county. For the Main Street Revitalization Program, the community must have a qualifying Nationally Accredited Main Street or Indiana Accredited Main Street organization in good standing under OCRA's current requirements. The project must satisfy the applicable CDBG national objective and all OCRA readiness rules.
