Broad Eligibility

Direct applicants are Indiana counties, cities and incorporated towns that are not located within a CDBG entitlement community; unincorporated areas must apply through their county. A qualifying nonprofit may partner with the local government but must document nonprofit status with the IRS, Indiana Department of Revenue and Indiana Secretary of State. Projects must meet a federal CDBG national objective and all OCRA threshold/readiness requirements.
