Eligible applicants include nonprofit, governmental and for-profit organizations that satisfy Illinois registration and prequalification requirements and the program’s crisis-contact-center standards. Applicants must have a current Lifeline Network Administrator agreement to operate an Illinois Suicide & Crisis Contact Center or enter into one within 90 days of accepting an award, and must provide the required accreditation and application documentation.
