The Indian Health Service Albuquerque Area is conducting market research through Nurse Practitioner – Ute Mountain Ute Health Center – Towaoc, CO, 75H70726Q00107-SS. The contemplated requirement is for one full-time Nurse Practitioner providing non-personal comprehensive outpatient primary care at the Ute Mountain Ute Service Unit.

Scope
The Nurse Practitioner would provide assessment, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients; medication management; preventive care; referrals and care coordination; and support for scheduled clinics, same-day appointments and walk-in care. IHS anticipates up to approximately 2,000 service hours per year, generally during regular weekday clinic hours.
