Eligibility: Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, state and local governments and their instrumentalities, federally recognized Indian Tribes and tribally designated housing entities, public housing agencies, and other eligible entities specified in the current NOFO. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorships are not eligible.

Cost share: The current federal listing indicates a cost-sharing or matching requirement. Applicants must review the current NOFO for the applicable requirement and any project-specific conditions.

Application: Applications are submitted through HUD e-snaps. Applicants should use the current reopened NOFO, confirm current SAM.gov registration and e-snaps access, and follow all current CoC competition, project application, scoring, attachment, and submission requirements.
