Maximum project awards vary by track: rental up to $400,000 or $700,000 depending AMI; homeownership up to $700,000; preservation up to $600,000; supportive housing up to $1,000,000; housing infrastructure up to $400,000; 9% LIHTC rental up to $300,000; new workforce housing categories generally up to $700,000 per project and $40,000-$70,000 per unit. 4% LIHTC special rules require NOFA.
