Required next actionOnly current HRCC grantees qualify. The Round One fiscal agent must apply for its region through Cal-E-Grants, choosing High Road to Construction Careers 2026. Complete cover page, narrative, participant plan, partner roles, Payee Data Record STD 204, and STD 205 if applicable. Budget exhibits are completed after selection.
