Who can apply

Direct applicants must be Episcopal churches in Wyoming. A non-Episcopal nonprofit cannot apply directly, but it may partner with an eligible Wyoming Episcopal church. The application must originate from a member of an Episcopal Church, and a nonprofit partner is subject to the Foundation’s due diligence requirements.

Application requirements

Required materials include basic applicant information and a short project narrative, the full project budget, current financial statements, and a vestry support letter bearing signatures from at least two-thirds of the vestry. Sacred Spaces requests should include contractor quotes or bids, preferably three. If an independent 501(c)(3) partner will manage funds, the application also requires that partner’s IRS tax-exemption letter, financial statements and a support letter. Applications are submitted through the Foundation’s Foundant portal.

Atlas analysis

Atlas Opportunity Score: 73/100. This is a current Wyoming-specific community funding pathway with legitimate behavioral-health, addiction, education and youth-service relevance when pursued through an eligible Episcopal church. N9+ Fit Score: 10/100. A church-led health-access partnership could create a conceptual role for the Nonagon N9+ remote physical examination platform, but the published rules do not establish medical-technology hardware or software as allowable. Atlas will not represent N9+ costs as eligible without funder confirmation.

Dr. Miltie is not an eligible direct applicant. Any Dr. Miltie or QC Healthcare involvement would have to be within an eligible church-led project and remain subject to the Foundation’s rules and due diligence.
