Collaboratory is accepting applications for its 2026 Community Infrastructure Coalition Grant, a Southwest Florida Community Impact Grant supporting durable, systems-level solutions in Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee counties.

Funding: One $50,000 award for a 12-month project. Matching funds are not required. Indirect, administrative, and overhead expenses may not exceed 10% of the total request.

Deadline: October 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Applications opened August 24, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. EDT. Late applications will not be accepted.

Eligibility: Tax-exempt nonprofit organizations and public or private colleges and universities located in and/or primarily serving Collaboratory’s five-county Southwest Florida region. Applicants must use their own legal organizational status; fiscal-sponsored applications are not eligible.

Priority: Projects must address root causes and create lasting systems-level change tied to housing and transportation affordability, food environment score, or resident access to high-speed internet. Direct service may be included only when it supports broader durable systems change.

Required supporting documents: IRS determination or public-institution documentation, most recent Form 990/audited/comparable financial report, organization budget, project budget, governing body list, Local Business Tax Receipt if applicable, and three letters of support.

Atlas assessment: Atlas Opportunity Score 82/100. N9+ Fit Score 45/100. A legitimate N9+ role exists only conditionally where a qualifying applicant develops a durable high-speed-internet or digital-access strategy that enables telehealth or clinical access. A standalone N9+ purchase or direct-service-only project would not align well with the stated systems-change objective. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not a direct eligible applicant; an applicant-led technology partner or subcontract role may be appropriate if the proposed budget and project structure permit it.
