City of Winter Garden Nonprofit Grant Program provides rolling municipal grant support for nonprofit organizations whose proposed programs directly serve residents who live within the municipal city limits of Winter Garden, Florida. Eligibility and geography: Proposed services must be provided exclusively to beneficiaries who are Winter Garden residents within municipal city limits. Organizations located outside city limits may apply only when the funded services are delivered exclusively to City residents. Every applicant must maintain a completed and approved Nonprofit Search profile through Central Florida Foundation before the application will be considered.
Submission: Applications are submitted through the City of Winter Garden grant portal. First-time applicants use the LOI track and access code WGLOI2024; returning City grantees use the full grant track and access code WG2024. Central Florida Foundation administers applicant assistance for the City.
Match, eligible costs, and procurement: The controlling City page does not publish a mandatory match or cost-share requirement, a detailed allowable-cost schedule, or grant-specific procurement/vendor rules. Do not infer technology, medical-device, or third-party vendor allowability without applicant-specific confirmation.
N9+/Dr. Miltie Fit: 22/100 conditional. Health and Wellness is expressly eligible, including preventive and treatment health services, but the relatively small award levels and absence of express technology or equipment language make N9+ a limited, project-dependent fit. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not treated as a direct applicant; any role would need to be applicant-led and specifically allowable.
Preliminary applicant candidate: The Nurture Place, a Winter Garden 501(c)(3) mental-health and family-support nonprofit, is a strong programmatic candidate for a resident-specific behavioral-health project. Advancement should wait until its prior City-funding history, approved Nonprofit Search profile, and ability to restrict the proposed funded beneficiary population to Winter Garden municipal residents are verified.
