Atlas Analysis
N9+ Fit Score: 10/100. Tele-practice is explicitly contemplated, but the core work is educational diagnostics rather than medical or remote physical examination. Atlas will not force the Nonagon N9+ into this procurement.
Direct-vendor disposition: hold. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare should not be advanced as a TRUE direct bidder unless it can legitimately provide or contract for appropriately licensed New Mexico Educational Diagnosticians and satisfy APS business-registration, insurance, background-check, reference, personnel and proposal requirements.
