All grant opportunities remain visible to every membership. Your membership tier is determined by the verified maximum award available to an individual applicant under the applicable funding track, not the amount you enter in your budget.
The Atlas approach
AI research and draft writing are increasingly common. Atlas is designed to connect the work before and after the narrative, giving organizations a practical path from a verified opportunity to an organized application package.
Grant-specific narratives, workplans, budgets, budget justifications, letters of intent, relevant attachment templates and submission checklists, arranged for the actual funding opportunity. Applicant-owned signatures and official documents still come from the customer.
Monthly organization-specific Grant Matrices are designed to continue even after a member returns to Free. Higher-value opportunities remain visible, creating a natural reason to pursue a larger award when the right fit appears.
Atlas distinguishes an individual's maximum permitted award and eligible track from an entire program's funding pool. That verified figure controls the required membership, rather than a budget amount the customer can change.
The Free and paid memberships are designed around the same research, preparation and document capabilities. Customers choose a plan by the maximum individual grant award, not by unlocking better writing or essential features.
Atlas aims to explain which file goes where, which portal or form to use, and what the applicant must sign or submit. Direct portal filing is offered only when the third-party system actually permits authorized automation.
Reusable organization data, one-click grant production, automated billing and customer-owned approvals are the intended workflow. Optional post-award document preparation has one separately disclosed flat price, not an ongoing consulting obligation.
Capabilities shown describe the approved complete Workspace design. Certain workflows are still in development, and funder-specific forms, certifications and portal actions depend on actual authorization and availability.
Full side-by-side comparison
Every black dot means that the capability is part of that membership. Hover over the small "i" icon, or tap it on a phone, to read a complete explanation of the feature. The table describes the approved complete Workspace offering, including capabilities still being built or tested for commercial launch. Availability depends on actual funder requirements and supported external systems.

From award to closeout
Award Support is separate from the five monthly memberships. Customers on Atlas Free or any paid plan may purchase it for an awarded grant.
Atlas Award Support · Optional
Automated review of award conditions, reporting calendar, deadline reminders, narrative and budget report drafts, documentation checklists and closeout preparation from customer-provided information.
No automatic renewal. No separate membership required. No audit or legal services included.
Award Support is optional and is not included in the five standard memberships. The listed workflows are the approved automated service scope and remain subject to launch verification.
No surprises
A higher membership activates immediately. Your unused prepaid time becomes a prorated credit toward one fresh full month at the higher price.
Before you authorize payment, Atlas shows the new plan, the credit, taxes when applicable, the amount due now and the exact next monthly renewal date.
Downgrades and cancellations may be requested anytime. Paid access continues to the end of the billing period, with no further unwanted renewal charges.
Transparent membership terms
Below is a plain-English summary of the proposed Atlas commercial terms. The final legally binding agreement, applicable privacy disclosures, and affirmative payment authorization will be shown at checkout before any charges. This preview is subject to legal review before commercial launch.
Atlas Free costs $0. Paid memberships are billed monthly at the displayed plan price plus any applicable taxes, with automatic monthly renewal until cancellation. Memberships are not annual contracts.
The required tier is based on the verified maximum individual applicant award available under the grant opportunity or the applicable eligible funding track, not the amount you choose to request. An application for an opportunity exceeding your plan ceiling requires an upgrade before grant-package preparation or export.
Every member may discover and evaluate eligible grant opportunities of any value and receive organization-specific monthly Grant Matrices. Higher-value opportunities remain visible to Free members, even when preparing the application requires a paid upgrade.
All five memberships offer the same standard automated research, eligibility analysis, document preparation, submission guidance and Workspace tools where applicable. Only the permitted maximum individual award differs. Some filings and functions depend on the funder and external systems.
An approved upgrade takes effect immediately and begins a new full monthly billing term. The unused prepaid value of your previous paid membership is credited proportionally toward the new month. The invoice preview shows the exact new membership price, calculated credit, tax if any, amount due and new renewal date before you authorize payment.
You may schedule a downgrade at any time. The existing plan remains available until the end of the current paid term, and the new lower plan takes effect on the next renewal date. No cash refund is issued for unused days, except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation prevents further renewals and does not immediately terminate the paid days already purchased. Your profile and permitted saved materials remain available through the Atlas Free account, subject to the applicable retention and privacy terms.
Paid subscription periods and the optional Award Support purchase are generally nonrefundable after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A failed or reversed payment may suspend paid grant-package production until payment is resolved. Any required statutory refund rights remain available.
Automated Atlas Award Support is optional and costs $499 for each awarded grant for each chosen 12-month support period. It is available to all membership levels, does not renew automatically, and covers only the support deliverables and dates displayed at purchase. The service is not independent legal, tax, bookkeeping or audit advice.
You must provide truthful, complete, authorized information and requested supporting documents, review generated work, approve any final application or report, supply required authorized signatures and certifications, and file the submission when a third-party portal prevents lawful automated filing.
Atlas does not guarantee eligibility, application acceptance, a funding award, payment by a funder or compliance approval. The grantmaker makes all award decisions. Grant terms, amounts and deadlines may change; the controlling published funder documents govern.
Existing confirmed Founder Customers retain the specific no-cost privileges previously promised to them. The membership program does not silently cancel or reduce those commitments.
Before charging a paid membership, Atlas must display the checkout terms, amount payable now, renewal price, exact next billing date and cancellation policy; require an unchecked affirmative authorization control; and email an itemized receipt. Stripe will be the payment and subscription record of authority.
You authorize service-related electronic notices about your account, billing, documents, deadlines and grant work. Marketing communications may be controlled separately. Normal grant research, drafting, billing and award-document workflows are automated; Atlas does not provide guaranteed human grant-writer review.
