North Dakota Outdoor Heritage Fund Grant Round 29 is administered by the North Dakota Industrial Commission and supports qualifying conservation and outdoor recreation projects.

Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants include North Dakota state agencies, political subdivisions, tribal entities, and tax exempt nonprofit organizations whose projects align with Outdoor Heritage Fund directives.
Funding and Match
The 2026 program policies set a minimum request of $2,500 and require at least a 25 percent match of total project cost. The fund receives up to $40 million per biennium.
Submission
Applications must be submitted through the North Dakota Industrial Commission Grants Management System. A $100 application fee applies at submission.
