Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score 89/100. Strong Michigan school, youth, behavioral-health, and nonprofit grant-assistance fit. The current Youth Needs priority is youth mental health, especially increasing access to resources related to anxiety, depression, and open conversation; academic stress and school atmosphere are additional top concerns. C3F evaluates need, target audience, youth impact, merit, organizational capacity, proposal quality, and duration of impact. All grant applications require a cash contribution, but no fixed percentage or minimum is published. The cycle does not publish a universal award ceiling. N9+ fit is not established by the current guidance and must not be forced or introduced in ordinary initial outreach. QC Healthcare or other Dr. Miltie vendor relevance would be applicant- and project-specific and is not established as a direct-vendor opportunity.
