MS-AGO-HTF-ROUND5-2026
Mississippi Victims of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation Fund — 2026 Round 5
FundingApproximately $1,000,000 anticipated for the 2026 Round 5 application period. The controlling solicitation does not publish a per-applicant minimum or maximum. Funding for non-shelter providers is fee-for-service reimbursement. Indirect administrative costs are limited to 15% of the award.
DeadlineOctober 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM — MATERIAL OFFICIAL-SOURCE TIME-ZONE CONFLICT: the Attorney General's current Human Trafficking Fund webpage states 5:00 PM CT, while the controlling Round 5 solicitation states 5:00 PM CST. Because Mississippi is observing daylight saving time on October 1, CT and literal CST are not equivalent; do not infer the intended zone.

Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score 84/100. N9+ Fit 0/100. QC Healthcare / Dr. Miltie direct-vendor fit 0/100 on currently verified facts. The opportunity has a meaningful approximately $1 million statewide pool and supports specialized direct victim services, including trauma-informed therapy, workforce/social services, legal assistance, emergency assessment teams, and a limited community-awareness priority. A local contribution of at least 15% of the requested award is required and may include qualifying in-kind contributions; indirect administrative costs are capped at 15%. Direct applicant eligibility is limited to qualified nonprofit victim service providers. Do not force N9+ or a vendor role. Applicant-specific ORIGINAL outreach remains fail-closed because the official webpage and controlling solicitation conflict on CT versus CST for the 5:00 PM October 1 deadline.
