Required next actionDo not publish as an open opportunity, create applicant CRM pursuits, build packages, or conduct ORIGINAL outreach. Monitor only for an authoritative Nebraska DOL announcement of new funding or a reopened application cycle. Treat the FAQ's November 1, 2026 outer date as superseded for current availability by NDOL's full-award announcement and current no-applications status.
Broad Eligibility
Historical program eligibility: Nebraska manufacturers with NAICS codes 31-33, at least three years of Nebraska operations, at least 51% of gross revenue from manufactured goods, and at least three full-time employees. Eligible projects adopted or integrated smart manufacturing technologies and required private matching financial support equal to the grant request.
Atlas Analysis
Closed opportunity. Nebraska DOL announced January 21, 2026 that all $250,000 in program funding had been awarded to five businesses, each receiving $50,000 and providing matching funds. Current NDOL program and application pages state that applications are not being accepted. Do not create outreach or applicant work for this cycle. N9+ and QC Healthcare fit are moot unless NDOL reopens or launches a new cycle.
