The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has posted Maintenance Agreement – Automated Equipment Monitoring, 75D301-26-Q-79283, for maintenance and support of its existing IntelliSense automated environmental monitoring environment in Atlanta, Georgia.
Scope
The controlling RFQ requires preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, calibration, IQ/OQ, software and firmware support, technical support, training, and related services for CDC’s existing IntelliSense environment. The requirement also includes an optional path for additional monitoring points and associated hardware, installation, configuration, setup, and qualification. Equipment and services must remain compatible and interoperable with the existing system.
Key Requirements
The vendor must be ISO 17025 certified for required NIST-traceable calibration and recalibration services. Section 508 accessibility documentation is required. Any planned or potential AI use requires an acceptable AI Compliance and Risk Management Plan or the quotation is non-responsive. CDC anticipates a single firm-fixed-price contract.
Deadline and Submission
Quotations are due September 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. The RFQ requires electronic submission to the CDC contract specialist using the stated solicitation subject line and the controlling RFQ instructions.
Direct-Vendor Assessment
A targeted Dr. Miltie WorkDrive review did not identify documented IntelliSense maintenance or ISO 17025 calibration capability. No unsupported direct-vendor response has been initiated.
